HOW I KEEP IT SIMPLE AND YOU CAN TOO!

My skincare routine has been a total journey, to say the least; I’ve have super sensitive skin and believe it or not, I’m still acne prone. I need to be vigilant about the products that I use on my face, and the more I work in aesthetic and dermatology the more I learn how to improve my own skin care routine. So wake up with me and enjoy this extremely effective and easy AM regimen!

PROPERLY PREP: I start off with Avene Cleansing oil to help prep and soothe my skin. This oil seals in moisture and helps restore the skin barrier. It’s really gentle but also effective.

GLOW UP: Next I apply antioxidant protection with GLOW MD brightening pads which contain powerful brighteners (kojic acid and arbutin) and antioxidants (vitamin c and green tea), they are super effective and a breeze to use. Once I started using this product, I simply can’t picture my morning skincare routine without it!

CHANGE THE GAME: Reduce those dark spots and pesky discoloration using SkinCeuticals’ Discoloration Defense. This product contains anti-discoloration ingredients that cause less irritation than using retinol for anyone with sensitive skin. You will simply love the way your face feels after including this product in the rotation.

ALWAYS HYDRATE: Replenish aging skin by treating yourself to SkinCeuticals HA Intensifier. I absolutely love how this product purifies the skin. It leaves my face feeling very dewy and soothed. Worth adding to your morning routine for that fresh-faced glow!

SPF ALWAYS: Last step in my morning skincare routine is ALWAYS applying Alastin Skincare HydraTint Pro Mineral to protect my skin from UVA/UVB rays. This is my go-to because it’s lightweight and provides the coverage I need without feeling heavy.

ROTATION: Keep in mind that every day does not have to be the same. Sometimes I switch it up and I add to the rotation. Listen to your skin and give it what it needs. Fine-tuning your products and skincare routine might take some research and a few hits and misses but once you commit to a long-term habit, you will definitely see the advantages.
